Daily Schedule:
Defensive position & skill training (throwing, glove work, ladder drills, and situation training –
Break for a light snack (no sugar) Student to bring their own snack and water/hydration drinks.
Offensive training – base running, live hitting, shortwork, (tee and toss),base running, machine pitcher –
Break –
Obstacle Course – Strength and Condition fitness —
Shirt will be available before the end of camp; All Waivers MUST BE SIGNED & RETURNED BEFORE the start of camp.
