Coach Tim has been instrumental in building my daughters softball skills and confidence. She started out playing little league and struggled a lot in the beginning of travel ball. He never gave up on her and kept pushing her to be better because he knew she could be better. Whenever she has worked with other teams or coaches they always ask who trained her because they notice her techniques and approaches to the game and are very impressed. I highly recommend his batting instruction in addition to travel practices and any softball camps he runs. When we started looking for someone to work with our 10-year-old daughter's softball skills,
it was important to us that the lessons included more than 'just a hitting coach'.
This is exactly what we got with Coach Tim Wampler. Coach Tim's extensive experience in the
sport of softball is unparalleled. There is a science and art in the approach Coach Tim
takes to teach the fundamental building blocks of softball. He is able to adjust some
of the most complex concepts to ensure our 10-year-old daughter understands not only
what to do and when but also why she is doing it.
Over the course of the past year that our daughter has been working with Coach Tim and his
All About Sports U organization, she has gone from being a somewhat average recreational
level softball player into making the Delaware 10u All Star team; a team that went all the way
to the regional level semi-finals in Spring of 2022. This translated to her successfully making her
first ever travel softball team. Working with Coach Tim, our daughter is not only learning the tools to
become a successful softball player but also ensuring she understands the discipline required to
